The Records Section of the Ponderay Police Department keeps and maintains any and all records and reports involving activites conducted by the Ponderay Police Department. With certain exceptions, these records are available to the public upon request.
Anyone requesting a copy of a police report or other Ponderay Police Department document needs to fill out a Public Information Request Form and either send it in to the Ponderay Police Department or bring it in personally.
There will be a nominal fee for copies.
